Jordi Cabot

FNR PEARL Chair · Head of Software Engineering RDI Unit, LIST

Head of the Software Engineering RDI Unit at the Luxembourg Institute of Science & Technology (LIST) and Affiliate Professor at the University of Luxembourg. In 2023 he was awarded an FNR PEARL Chair to create BESSER — the world’s first open-source intelligent low-code platform — in collaboration with SnT. His research promotes the rigorous use of software models across all software engineering tasks.

Iván David Alfonso Diaz

Postdoctoral Researcher, LIST

I work at the intersection of model-driven engineering, low-code platforms, and IoT systems — building tools that let people describe complex software at a higher level of abstraction and let machines do the rest. Research & Technology Scientist in the Software Engineering RDI Unit at LIST, co-developing BESSER.
